Archaeological evidences in the site:
Sellero is part of the Valcamonica area, which is famous for its extensive collection of prehistoric rock engravings, a UNESCO World Heritage site. These petroglyphs date back to the Neolithic period and include images of human figures, animals, hunting scenes, religious symbols, and geometric patterns.
The rock engravings provide crucial insights into the life, culture, and beliefs of the ancient communities that inhabited the region. They depict various aspects of daily life, including agriculture, warfare, and ritual activities, as well as abstract and symbolic imagery.
